Very helpful and polite. The guy that I was in touch with about my order ( Simon ) was so nice. We could have gone with another company because Esprahome didn't have our item in stock, but because of their caring attitude we stayed with them and they came up trumps
The only negative comment I have is that the box that the unit came in was damaged, this is down to the carriers I would expect. So we now have to check on what's inside to make sure nothing's been damaged. And as it's a Xmas present we didn't want to have to do that.
