The writer I selected wrote an essay which didn't meet the task criteria. After discussion, they wrote another essay, which was closer to what I needed but poorly written. I wonder whether English is their first language as it rambled and did not make sense in places. I received this second essay an hour before it was due and didn't submit it. After advising writer, they said they had "done their best" and to kindly pay them for their time.
