When I first started using the service, the writers were great, but the last few assignment were TERRIBLE. One got me a D one a F because writers just DO NOT read the instructions and do whatever they want. This particular time was especially disappointing because i spent $56 on assignment that I can't even submit and customer service tries to threaten you when you are trying to complain.
