This is a great service; I would say about 98 percent of the writers on here are genuinely passionate about their work and are there to get what you need done. That being said, I had one writer give me a poor-quality product, and I was able to talk to the most wonderful customer service representative, and I was able to get a full refund. I have been using these guys for about 3 years, and in the whole time of 30+ orders, I have only had one bad experience. This is where it is at.
