We installed an esse plus one with an EL13. The EL 13 has been nothing but trouble. Power control board failed but had replace the top control board too as the old one was no longer compatible.
Have paid for all that, within weeks the top control board failed again and it took several calls to Esse to convince them it was at fault. Now the induction hob has failed. For something that cost £6000 it's useless. Very disappointed.
The very first issue was the two cooker where different shades of the same colour!
