Disappointing service with issues still not resolved now. I have an old else model and required some replacement parts. I was given the wrong advice about parts, which when they arrived were broken and didn't fit my stove. Returned the parts (at a cost of £23 to myself). Advised I would be refunded for the parts and my postage. I have only been partially refunded (they took off 15% for returning despite the fact the parts were unsuitable / broken). Despite multiple phone calls, I am still waiting for my refund 8 weeks later. The sales department is completely incompetent and one member of staff is rude. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
