Rachel was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional in the measuring/purchasing experience. She gave me her phone number and was very responsive when I had questions about the timeline for shipping. I received an email as soon as my order shipped which was only a few days after I placed my order. The bras I purchased are of excellent quality.
