I have been a patron of this company for 10+ years. And, for good reason! I purchase 2-3 bras annually and they last the entire year. I don’t have to worry with the straps getting loose or the boning piercing through or any of the other negative attributes that I had to deal with in years previous with other brands.
And, in the one scenario that I had to speak with customer service on an issue they very promptly and astutely took care of the issue leaving me a very satisfied customer.
