I order from you on a regular basis and I have only small issue, you seem to have changed your courier. The previous courier gave the option to ask for the parcel to be dropped in a specific location which was perfect for me as I work full time and I'm not at home during delivery hours however the new courier does not offer this and it was just luck that a neighbour was home and took in my parcel for me. The recent change of courier will now make me consider changing to a new supplier unfortunately.
