The long established layout of the ordering system seems to have changed since my last order, leaving me a little confused. It used to be the case that nothing was added to delivery unless one wanted express service of one kind or another. Even the basic 'free' delivery service (which I always used) was virtually next day. Now a new item 'collection' has been introduced, with delivery to the door being charged extra. I did query this, selecting 'collection' to see what would transpire, and exchanged emails over it. The upshot was that I was not charged for delivery on my most recent purchase which was supplied with the same rapidity as previously. I will have to see what happens on my next order! As to the layout of the web site I think the content might be made clearer to indicate that one is not a horse etc.
