I was going to order online but needed to check availability of a number of products. I therefore called. The staff and the response I received was far and beyond what I expected. I received a call back to update me on all of my questions. My order arrived exactly when I was told it would. Fantastic team of people who have managed to remain 'personable' and caring to their customers, despite being a somewhat larger organisation than the local feed shop! Fabulous!
