I placed an order on a Wednesday with express delivery as I needed the items for the following Monday. I was disappointed. When I received an email to Inform me the item was out of stock and not being delivered till the Tuesday I emailed and explained the situation to your customer services team and they quickly and without any hassle organised Saturday delivery which worked perfectly for me .
I would tecommend you but would suggest making your stock availability visible before orders are placed
