i bought a phone plan (515202039) last year, then dropped my phone ancbroke the screen. finally got the guy to say he had the info and was told where to take it for repair, did that, uploaded the receipt twice before they acknowledged getting it. last correspondence i received was that it was sent to accounting to get my refund check sent. that was Jan 14th. no response on any emails sent since. you cannot call them, only do email. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE i was ripped off. out the money for the insurance and the full cost of repair on the phone!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
