I have ordered from Etalaze on and off for over 10 years. I've never have an issue. I recently placed an order and was waiting and it must have got stuck in customs. I contacted etalaze, which are very good with customer service, and told them the problem I had. They offered to resend it and they did for no extra charge. I got my order a couple weeks later and was happy as could be. To get to the point, these guys are amazing. I've dealt with plenty other vendors and they don't compare to Etalaze. To top it off, their prices are pretty good also. I've never ended up with any bad product either. Thanks Etalaze for being loyal to your customers. I will continue to order from you.
