Good product, but very poor customer service. I ordered product a month ago and product still hasn’t shipped. I have reached out to them several times and each time I’m told I will receive shipping info in 1-2 days. 4 days pass and no shipping notice or any communication. I reach out again and am told I will receive shipping notice in another 1 to 2 days.
Once product ships it’s still another 2-3 weeks before delivery. Again very poor customer service and poor follow up.
