I’ve been very loyal to this company for years and now had an issue with delivery. I placed an order pretty big one to in January but tracking just totally stopped etalaze after writing back and forth placed the same exact order and they got it after a bit then in the mail a letter from the DEA, customs and I showed them a copy of the letter and etalaze after a third time finally got it. And never once got annoyed at me. Now we will have that issue again, highly recommend
