Worst airline. Loosing bags on a daily. No one tried to keep me updated about the location of my bag or when I can expect it to arrive. It ruined the first days of my holiday. Stressing about my luggage and if it was found. Came 2days later and the airline agency office didn’t answer my calls even the manager of the agency in Moroni didn’t answer phone calls
