We had a fantastic holiday. The pre-departure service and help was fantastic (which for me is a major part of the holiday experience). I discovered too late in life that my true career path was the travel industry and I get truly frustrated speaking to some (OK most) travel companies! Thanks so much for everything - I will be recommending you to my friends and family (and everyone else) who will listen to me!
