Absolutely terrible experience. Etrnl mixed up the orders so I reviewed someone else’s order, and this person got my order. Instead of fixing the problem themselves they sent us and email without an apology to say they “kindly” provided us with a post label so we could send the items to each other. Truly really bad effort from a small business.
I still haven’t received my order.
