The ring I ordered came in exactly as the picture on the website said. Unfortunately I ordered it too large, but the exchanges process that Etrnl Rings has in place made it very easy to exchange.
I was able to go to their office (or via post) and try a couple of sizes to make sure I had the correct one.
Very friendly service and very prompt response.
I’m very happy with the product and the experience.
