These rings are a great idea and we were really excited to get ours; however, both my husband and I found that we had reactions to the silicone rings. After a few days of wearing mine I had a sore red, dry mark where the ring went and my husband said his finger was itching where he wore it. We both have stopped wearing ours and unfortunately cannot recommend.
