The exchange process was so seamless! We ordered a ring but it didn’t fit, and it was super easy to swap it over. The ring looks really nice and feels good quality (despite being in not the rubber one) and my (tradie) husband isn’t worried about wearing a ring whilst working anymore. Very happy with this purchase
