I just love Etrnl's quick response to customer emails. I ordered a ring for my fiance on Sunday night and and then realised I forgot to personalise it before paying. I contacted the Etrnl team via email straight away and heard back from them the next morning on Monday. They responded with the a great attitude willing to assist in helping me personalise the ring before it was shipped. Loved this customer service and appreciated it a lot.
