Return process should be the standard for all companies. I purchased one size too large, had the smaller size within a couple of days of them receiving the (supplied) return envelope. Their online portal to lodge a return/exchange was easy to use and completed within 2 minutes. Ring is amazing for sports; exactly what I wanted and sensory friendly.
