My experience with ETENL was nothing shouldn’t have outstanding. The customer service was some the best I’ve experienced. I met up with Perry, who was so helpful and engaging and passionate about the business. He really looked after me. I purchased a titanium wedding ring which was beautiful, however it proved to be not too scratch resistance. I was in contact with Chris via email, who was also very helpful, and suggested I exchange it for a tungsten one, as it was more scratch resistance. I came in and Perry was there, and was again so helpful. I exchanged the ring for another beautiful tungsten one, which has proven to be very scratch resistant, and I could be happier. I would highly recommend ETRNL for their products and their service.
