We first bought the ring size 7 which was too small. The same day we asked for an exchange and they were really quick with it. I shipped it the next day and received the new ring (size 8) in the following days. There was no fees for the exchange. It My partner is extremely satisfied with the ring. It looks amazing. The quality is great .
