It's hard to think of anything negative about the whole experience. Sizing was a breeze. The quality of the product is amazing. The lifetime exchange program almost seems too good to be true. I've already used it to get a half size smaller as I've lost weight and my finger shrunk. It's easy to assume booking the "cheap seats" for a wedding ring is going to mean a subpar experience, but I feel very well taken care of for what little we spent.
