I recently just purchased my 3rd silicone ring (due to my own fault of losing them) and it came with a tiny little cut in the top. I contacted Chris and he responded within an hour or two depsite being a weekend. I told him of the fault and no questions asked not 1 but 2 replacement rings were sent straight away.
I also have friends who have had theirs for years and still going strong like the day they were bought despite working in constant grease, sweat, dirt and oil. 11/10 for both service and quality.
