Ring was completely different colour to the picture on the website. Also 1 size too big. Contacted the company through their contact process multiple times to exchange it as per their exchange policy. All correspondence was ignored and I never once got a reply from them. I now have a ring that doesn't fit and is the wrong colour. Waste of money and waste of time.
