The ring is even more beautiful in person, a perfect alternative to the traditional silver or gold. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I emailed customer care straight away and they updated my order before it had been dispatched. When it arrived it was still too big, so we exchanged it for the next size down. This process was seamless and we had the right ring within a week. Cannot flaw the customer service, 10/10. :)
