Ordering process was easy, there was some issues with our made to order mens gold ring though. However, the support team kept us in the loop and responded to the best of their ability. If you’re not sure what size to order I recommend ordering the ring size kit before placing an actual order to prevent any delays. Otherwise once the ring was made the delivery was very fast! The ring is perfect and came exactly as described.
