We originally purchased a men’s titanium ring. We had issues with sizing. Communication from the company wasn’t forthcoming. In fact, there was none. After numerous emails, I finally heard back and the situation was rectified. Their problem solving was above and beyond what I expected. I was extremely grateful for the effort. And so went on to purchase two more rings. The rings are fantastic quality. My husband loves both his titanium for “occasions” and silicone for work. I wore my white silicone travelling. Never discoloured. Could hardly feel on my finger. All in all, we’re very happy with the product and would purchase again.
