Whilst I am very enthusiastic about my future in trading I am extremely poor at working with computers. Just too old to be comfortable and confident with managing the browser and various aspects of the different platforms and softwares. In the main, when placing trades and making amendments I find the platform easy to use and clear. I can find whatever information I require when examining my trades e.g. when opened, when closed, entry points etc. Whenever I have had an issue I have been dealt with in a friendly and patient manner, I have been given clear instructions on how to achieve what I am trying to do and without exception have been able to proceed.
