So far I have found ETX to be a reliable platform. I have no evidence of stop hunting that I have found with other spread betting providers. Their prices are generally in line with my other spread betting platform and if they do vary it is not more than 3 or 4 pips and is consistent for hours rather than a spike .
My one use of the customer service desk was quick and efficient and all done by email.
Lets hope they keep it up. I often find that companies start of well with new customers and then forget about them.
