Your support is not encouraging. No market analysis emails. Other companies (eg. Ironfx, colmex, xm) that I opened account with but never funded sends me market updates on email. There are loads of free training /webinars (not repetitive) from these companies but I haven't received any from etx. Generally, your website is user friendly but the mobile app is not very friendly. I so much struggle with order amendment.
