They scammed me out of £89 by charging me for a product I never received, I contacted them 7 days after the order date and was told to wait until the 7th of July and get back in touch with them if the item still hadn't arrived. Well it didn't and when I got in touch they said in order to process a refund I had to fill a claim form - what they don't tell you is that the claim contains a declaration you have to sign waiving your rights to a refund. No, I'm not joking. I'm reporting them to Action Fraud UK because they're running a scam and I will have to get my Credit Card company to claw the money back. EUmeds are a scam. They will take your money, not send your meds and then refuse to give you a refund unless you sign a declaration waiving your rights to a refund. They're scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!
