37 days no refund, no response, opened PayPal case in desperation to get money back, then get conflicting messages from their customer service (which is a joke) saying firstly they can’t issue a refund when a PayPal dispute is open and secondly they issued the refund on 17.12.18. Liars and totally incompetent, avoid at all costs
