I made an order late Saturday night and due to circumstances cancelled the order on Sunday morning. Despite this the order was dispatched to me on Monday. I promptly returned the item unopened with proof of sending etc. They received the returned item and l was told l would receive the refund within 2 working days. 13 days and umpteen emails later and l still have not received my refund!!! I keep getting fobbed off with the fact it will be in my account soon and awaiting approval. Now my emails are being ignored! Unfortunately l now have no choice but to take this further. I dearly wish l had looked at these reviews before thinking of using this company. Never again!
