Kettle was bought in Sept 2023, this failed in April 2024 and was replaced. This replacement failed in December 2024 adn they refused to replace. The kettle was £70 so not cheap, This is an unreliable company that refuses to be reasonable and deal with the consequences of supplying shoddy goods. Avoid.
