Very disappointed with Blomberg LDV42244 dishwasher supplied and installed by Herne Bay Domestics on 6th November 2018. Our specific request was for a dishwasher that would dry everything properly and this was their recommendation. After installation we reported to them on 16th November that items on the upper tray were NOT drying. The dialogue has continued and today Blomberg engineer confirm the machine is working to specification despite Blomberg adverts regarding drying to put straight away. However Herne Bay Domestics unable to help further because we had already registered the machine for warranty after purchase and because of time lapse. Very unsatisfactory outcome and we are left with a machine not fit for the purpose we specified at time of purchase.
