I am so pleased with the service I have just received from a gentleman named Allen.
I had made a stupid mistake when booking a ticket and cancelled the ticket instead of amending it which cost me £97, although I spent 35 mins waiting for some one to answer the call, I finally got through to Allen and what an absolute pleasure it was, he understood my situation and got me sorted out and reactivated my ticket.
Thank you so much Allen and thank you Le Shuttle for employing such a helpful and pleasant person to deal with your customers.
I hope that any problems I may have in the future could be handled by Allen.Brilliant.
