It never runs on time!
The delays get worse and the communication is shocking - most people will have driven half a day or more to get to the tunnel (& I would guess 99% are in time) but then you have to wait hours with zero facilities and zero info!!!!
It simply ruins the crossing between UK and France - use the ferries
