Not really happy at all. Arrived at terminal and checked in at 13:34. Booked on 14:46 train but did not get on it. I’m sitting on a stationary train now at 15:28. Likely to be an hour late departing, and there has been no indication that we were likely to be late, never mind an apology. The only information on the digital boards was that the toilets on board the train were closed.
Not good enough! It feels like LevShuttle run things for their convenience rather than for their customers.
