Customer service is shocking. My order was supposed to be delivered on between the 9th and 10th of Feb. It was then delayed and they told me it would be with me by 14th of Feb latest 15th. It was then delayed AGAIN, and they stated that it hadn’t even been shipped to themselves. On the 24th of Feb they contacted me and said they had received it and they are posting it out same day with next day delivery and it would be with me on the 25th of feb. It then got lost with DPD, I called eurowagens and all they did was change the delivery date to the 26th of feb, and again it wasn’t delivered. I contacted them again on the 28th stating I wanted to cancel my order, which they tried to say I couldn’t do. They then stated that they would contact DPD to divert the parcel back to their office. They told me that they would sort everything out and I would get my refund by Friday. I called in Friday and they hadn’t even contacted DPD. Every time I spoke to someone at eurowagens they always seemed unsure about what they were saying. It’s not worth your time or money!!
