Excellent communication from start to finish. I am in love with my ring it is stunning and have had so many compliments. I just keep staring at it I can’t put into words just how beautiful and how thoughtful it is from the communication to the certificate to the wrapping and gift box. You can see they take great care with our loved ones and appreciate just how much this means. I could go on forever just first class all the way xx
