After losing my dad I decided to have a necklace made and I have to say I was very emotional when it arrived not only was it perfect but the way it was sent back with such care and the persons name on the bag who made it.. this was very special to me as I know dads ashes would of been handled with the respect that he deserves so thank you so very much
