I phoned through my order as I had a few questions and the person I spoke to was great. She was understanding, patient and very knowledgable about the products. I felt that my order would definitely be taken off and handled with care. I ordered 4 pieces and all arrived sooner than I expected. The quality is great - my ring is a much thicker band than I was expecting making it feel very secure and of high value. All of the pieces are beautiful
