I lost my Dad to cancer 5 weeks ago, and I felt I needed my Dad close to me. When I first enquired, the staff were very helpful, once I put my order in Via the post, i got a call to confirm they had received my Dads ashes, once my bracelet had been signed off, I received it the following morning. My bracelet was well wrapped and the presentation was lovey, a real respect for my Dad. My bracelet is beautiful. Thank you.
