My first visit was enjoyable but after 72 hours my lip flip took a turn for the worse. I called back to speak with a doctor since my lips had blown up in a spot of injection as well as there being an uneven distribution and unevenness in my lips on top of pain. the person I spoke to promised me someone would call me. I waited all day with anxiety due to this being my first time doing this procedure and no one called. When I finally did hear back the "doctor" didn't really seem that apologetic to the fact that the receptionist didn't help even slightly. When I went in for my appointment with the doctor to see how my healing was doing he tried to tell me that it was because of coconut oil usage (72 hours after my injections) that my lips blew up which is not true as that is a product I used often. Instead of giving me ANY help he told me to use aquafor and sent me on my way. Waste of my time and money. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
