With this type of services and prices, you should offer a pleasant experience to the customer. My experience was not pleasant at all: it was super cold in the room, I was not offered blanket and had to cover myself with my jacket (!), the bed was also very uncomfortable, so it was hard to bear 1 hour treatment.
